Job Overview:
The Socioeconomic Inclusion Expert will play a crucial role in designing and implementing strategies that promote the inclusion of disadvantaged populations in economic activities. This position requires a deep understanding of socioeconomic dynamics and the ability to develop programs that address barriers to inclusion. The expert will work closely with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other partners to ensure that initiatives are culturally relevant and effective. The role also involves conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to enhance program effectiveness. The expert will be expected to contribute to policy discussions and advocate for inclusive practices at various levels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for socioeconomic inclusion of marginalized groups.
• Conduct assessments to identify barriers to inclusion and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to design and execute community-based programs.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Stay updated on best practices and trends in socioeconomic inclusion and development.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in socioeconomic development and inclusion initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.

Educational Background:
A Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in project management or community development are advantageous.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in socioeconomic development, with a focus on inclusion strategies. Experience working with international organizations or NGOs is preferred.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and proficiency in English is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages relevant to the local context is a plus.
