Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic vision and execution of initiatives aimed at promoting changemaking skills in society.
Collaborate with Ashoka Fellows and other leaders to influence key stakeholders, including parents, educators, and policymakers.
Develop and implement strategies to create urgency and demand for changemaking skills among various societal actors.
Engage with media and companies to highlight the importance of hiring and nurturing changemakers.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives on societal perceptions and practices regarding changemaking skills.
Foster partnerships with educational institutions to integrate changemaking skills into curricula and pedagogy.
Serve as a spokesperson for Ashoka on matters related to changemaking skills and social entrepreneurship.
Mentor and support team members in their professional development and contributions to the organization's mission.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in leadership roles, preferably in social entrepreneurship or related fields.
Proven track record of driving innovation and effecting large-scale change.
Strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to strategize effectively.
Exceptional collaboration and empathy skills, with experience working in diverse teams.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence key stakeholders across various sectors.
