Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for lifelong contribution that empowers individuals to engage as changemakers, particularly after the age of 6
Establish and nurture partnerships with top institutions to support the framework and promote a cultural shift towards recognizing the value of lifelong contribution.
Co-lead the New Longevity global team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders.
Engage in iterative learning processes to refine strategies and approaches based on feedback and outcomes.
Integrate efforts with the larger global team to align objectives and maximize impact.
Advocate for the importance of changemaking and lifelong contribution in various forums and discussions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and partnerships, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of successful entrepreneurship with a history of generating innovative ideas and leading them to create significant social impact.
Demonstrated effectiveness in building strong partnerships and coalitions across sectors, particularly in an entrepreneurial context.
Ability to think creatively and flexibly across different fields and geographical contexts.
Excellent conceptual and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a gracious team player.
Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in fields related to longevity, social entrepreneurship, or changemaking.
Established networks in the fields of longevity, government, and media are highly desirable.
Educational Background: A relevant educational background is preferred, ideally with advanced degrees in fields such as social entrepreneurship, public policy, international relations, or related disciplines.
