Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of project activities in accordance with established timelines and objectives.
Support the project manager in coordinating with team members and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Conduct research and gather data to support project development and evaluation.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well in a team environment. A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail are also required to ensure the successful execution of project activities.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in project management, social sciences, or a related field is required. Candidates with advanced degrees or certifications in project management will be given preference. Relevant coursework or training in sustainable development, community engagement, or similar areas is also beneficial.
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in project management or a related field is required. Experience working in the non-profit sector or with governmental organizations is highly desirable. Familiarity with the local context and challenges in the Murcia region will be an advantage.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication within the organization and with local stakeholders.
