Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Knowledge of job search strategies and labor market trends.
Ability to assess clients' skills and provide constructive feedback.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, social work, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications in career counseling or coaching are a plus. Relevant training in employment services or workforce development is also beneficial.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling, employment services, or a related field is required. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique challenges in the job market is highly valued. Languages: Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in English or other languages is considered an asset, as it can enhance communication with a broader range of clients and employers.
