Job Overview:
The Leadership Group Member for Global Operations at Ashoka will play a pivotal role in leading the organization’s operational initiatives and functions. - Management of organizational processes such as OKRs and Global Operational Health Checks, which involve data collection, analysis, and recommendations.
- Approval and management of Ashoka’s Global Shared Service (GSS) budgets and operations.
- Oversight of processes related to recruiting, retaining, and developing human capital globally.
- Leadership of the Finance Team to ensure best practices are implemented worldwide.
