Job Overview:
The Leadership Group Member for Global Operations at Ashoka will play a pivotal role in leading the organization’s operational initiatives and functions. Duties and Responsibilities:
The LGM will have accountability for a focused and cost-effective Global Operation that aligns with Ashoka’s strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Management of organizational processes such as OKRs and Global Operational Health Checks, which involve data collection, analysis, and recommendations.
- Approval and management of Ashoka’s Global Shared Service (GSS) budgets and operations.
- Oversight of processes related to recruiting, retaining, and developing human capital globally.
- Leadership of the Finance Team to ensure best practices are implemented worldwide.
- Partnership with GSS teams, including Global Finance, Global Talent, Global Staffing, Global Planning & Budgeting, Global DEI, Global Integrity, Global Search, and IT, ensuring high-quality shared services are delivered to constituents.
- Organizing operations to maximize efficiency while reducing costs and maintaining best practices.
- Building bridges with regional teams and ensuring that support workers are aligned with Ashoka’s strategy and operations.
