Job Overview:
The Leadership Group Member (LGM) for Global Search will play a pivotal role in leading Ashoka's global search for priority senior staff talent. This individual will manage a small international search team, developing innovative approaches to source, engage, and champion aligned senior prospects for global and regional roles. The LGM will utilize extensive talent experience to connect with leading innovators and changemakers, enhancing the pipeline for senior hires. Additionally, the LGM will implement Ashoka's OneSearch approach, which focuses on recognizing candidates as whole individuals and fostering mutually beneficial employment or collaboration opportunities.   • Implement new strategies to tap into networks of Ashoka Fellows, alumni, and partners for recruitment.
  • Form new networks across sectors to identify and engage priority senior talent globally.
  • Leverage knowledge of digital recruitment platforms to meet hiring targets effectively.
  • Apply ethical and strategic artificial intelligence to streamline searches for aligned senior candidates.
  • Collaborate with Ashoka’s Excellence and Leadership Teams to ensure sourced talent advances through hiring stages.
  • Build bridges with regional, thematic, and core constituency teams to cultivate a shared approach to engaging leading innovators.
  • Organize recruitment processes to maximize efficiency while reducing costs, adhering to best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations and industry standards throughout the recruitment process.
