Job Overview:
The Framework Change Leader at Ashoka will spearhead the 'Everyone a Changemaker' movement in the region, leveraging their entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset to forge partnerships with various stakeholders, including media outlets, educational institutions, and corporate entities. This role is pivotal in activating networks that promote core changemaking skills among individuals of all ages. The leader will be responsible for developing a regional storytelling framework that highlights the shift towards youth and citizen agency, as well as leading marketing efforts to advance framework change initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a regional storytelling framework that showcases the shift towards youth and citizen agency.
• Lead marketing efforts to create cohesive approaches with partners for initiatives like Lead Young and Everyone a Changemaker.
• Cultivate and guide media strategies that align with Ashoka’s organizational goals.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with funders, corporations, foundations, unions, and educational institutions.
• Execute a social media campaign to disseminate the 'Everyone a Changemaker' message across various online platforms.
• Increase the number of individuals identifying as changemakers, making changemaking a societal norm.
