Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies that support the organization's objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in communications or partnership management will be an advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or partnership management is required. Experience working in an international organization or NGO is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in managing communication projects and campaigns is essential.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of local languages spoken in the Maldives is an advantage. Additional languages such as French or Spanish would be beneficial but not required.
Additional Notes: This position is full-time and may involve occasional travel within the Maldives.
