Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate the vehicle to transport staff and materials as required.
  • Maintain the vehicle in a clean and operational condition, performing routine checks and reporting any issues.
  • Plan and manage daily routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, promoting safety at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or needs during transport.
  • Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of materials as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate transportation schedules and logistics.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance driving skills and safety awareness.

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations in Mexico.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

Educational Background:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance is a plus. Candidates with specialized training in transportation or logistics will be favored.

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience is required. Experience in a similar role within an organization or company is preferred, particularly in urban environments. Familiarity with the geography of Mexico City and surrounding areas is advantageous.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. Proficiency in English or other languages is considered a plus, as it may enhance communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
