Job Overview:
The Treasury Analyst position is integral to the IRC Finance Team, which strives for excellence in financial management by providing accurate and timely financial information. The role supports and reports to the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Senior Director of Global Treasury, focusing on cash management, foreign exchange (FX) and risk management, banking operations, and the rollout of the Treasury Management System (TMS). The Treasury Analyst will collaborate with various internal departments, including Payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and HQ Accounting, as well as external partners such as banks, insurance brokers, and credit card companies. This position is vital for ensuring effective financial operations and supporting the organization's overall mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
  • Cash Management: Preparing and monitoring the daily cash position report, updating monthly and annual cash forecasts, reviewing and consolidating daily Treasury flows, maintaining Treasury dashboards for management reporting, and participating in cash management initiatives.
  • Banking: Maintaining the domestic and international banking accounts database, assisting in reporting foreign bank accounts to the US Department of the Treasury, and collaborating on the TMS implementation.
  • Risk Management: Assisting in the annual insurance renewal process, managing insurance claims, and executing trades in foreign currencies.
  • Financial Services: Running the IRC’s corporate travel, purchasing, and prepaid card programs, along with other duties as assigned by the team.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field. They should have 2-3 years of experience in treasury functions, demonstrating a solid understanding of Treasury principles and experience in international structures. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Candidates should also exhibit flexibility, independence, and a willingness to learn and adapt to unexpected demands. Excellent communication skills are necessary for interacting with colleagues in a diverse, multicultural environment, and proficiency in digital tools, particularly MS Excel, Word, and accounting software, is required.

Educational Background:
