An advanced degree such as a Master's is also preferred.

Experience:
Typically, candidates should have at least 5-8 years of experience leading complex onsite health and nutrition emergency response projects. Knowledge of BHA and US Department of State guidelines is preferred, along with experience in NGOs, UN agencies, or government agencies. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in leading emergency nutrition responses integrated within the health sector and be familiar with the Red Cross/NGO Code of Conduct. Experience working in Yemen or the Middle East is preferred, and HEAT certification is a plus, with training required prior to deployment.
