Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a certification in database applications. A minimum of five years of experience in business or sales support administration, particularly with Customer Relationship Management technology, is required. Additionally, candidates should have five years of experience in database administration or system requirements for data management, comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics, MS Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint, as well as strong analytical and reporting skills through database queries, including SQL. Project management skills with some application development or testing background are also essential.
