Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sr. Reporting Manager will lead business processes and data management activities for the Professional Membership and Science team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing standard operating procedures, ensuring data accuracy, managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database requirements, and maintaining contract compliance and customer service. The manager will also develop, maintain, and distribute data queries and reports, analyze and modify queries to provide requested data, and identify process improvements and automated solutions for CRM and account management activities. Collaboration with Business Technology is essential to design, develop, test, and implement CRM system requirements. The role also involves enhancing the external customer experience through workflow analysis and operational practice streamlining. Additionally, the manager will act as a liaison to ensure data and business operations align with departmental policies, update user guidelines, and lead periodic user meetings to communicate system changes.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a certification in database applications. A minimum of five years of experience in business or sales support administration, particularly with Customer Relationship Management technology, is required. Additionally, candidates should have five years of experience in database administration or system requirements for data management, comprehensive skills in MS Dynamics, MS Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint, as well as strong analytical and reporting skills through database queries, including SQL. Project management skills with some application development or testing background are also essential.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related area. Candidates with certifications in database applications will have an advantage. The emphasis is on a solid foundation in technology and data management principles, which are critical for the role.
