Additionally, the Reporting Analyst will design, develop, test, implement, and manage CRM data and related resources, collaborating with primary vendors to ensure quality data for program analytics. They will also manage the support and development of data and reporting solutions aligned with corporate strategies, analyze digital functionality and metrics, and collect data to build performance benchmarks for broad strategy recommendations.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. They should have 2-5 years of meaningful work experience in a relevant area. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to translate data into end-user reporting tools and possess advanced skills in MS Excel, including proficiency in xlookup formulas, tables, and pivot table creation. Intermediate skills with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI are also required.
