Job Overview:
As a Chargé·e de Projet SIRH, you will be responsible for managing the Human Resources Information System (SIRH) under the supervision of the Human Resources Director (DRH). Your role will involve daily administration of the various modules of the SIRH, including recruitment, leave management, time sheets, and training. You will also be tasked with proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of work, analyzing and testing unused functionalities of the SIRH, and contributing to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR activities. Additionally, you will provide training and support to users, create training materials, and coordinate with the service provider, PeopleSpheres, to ensure effective communication and implementation of improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Daily administration of existing modules and functionalities of the SIRH, including configuration of processes and daily adjustments.
  • Responding to user support requests and liaising with the service provider.
  • Analyzing HR practices and proposing automation solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Testing and evaluating unused functionalities of the SIRH and assessing their potential value.
  • Developing and implementing HR KPIs in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Creating training content in various formats (videos, practical guides, etc.) and conducting training sessions for new users.
  • Actively monitoring developments in SIRH solutions and contributing to the selection and deployment of new projects.
  • Coordinating with PeopleSpheres for effective communication and follow-up on tool improvements.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a strong background in data management and HR information systems, with a particular emphasis on experience in international NGOs. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in optimizing digital tools are essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities effectively are also required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role.

Educational Background:
A higher education degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in information systems and/or human resources management is required for this position. This educational background will provide the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to effectively manage the SIRH and support the HR department.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and HR information systems is required, ideally within an international NGO context. Previous experience with Première Urgence Internationale will be considered a significant advantage, as it demonstrates familiarity with the organization's operations and culture.

Languages:
Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for this position, as effective communication in these languages is essential for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
The position is classified as a cadre status with a gross monthly salary of 3,300.00 EUR, depending on experience. The organization offers comprehensive medical coverage, including 100% health insurance and 50% coverage for additional benefits. Transportation costs are partially reimbursed (50%), and employees receive 60% coverage for meal vouchers. The role includes 5 weeks of paid vacation per year plus 1 RTT (reduction of working time) per month, with a standard workweek of 37 hours. PUI also offers a flexible teleworking policy based on three modalities.
