Duties and Responsibilities:

This involves providing consultation, direction, and support through learning cohorts to identify strategies for improving patient outcomes. Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Program Consultant position must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in a post-acute clinical setting, particularly in Post Acute Stroke, is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have experience in healthcare or public health-related organizations, focusing on clinical quality improvement, program development, and systems improvement. Proficiency in project management, including budget management and communication with stakeholders, is essential. Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with various levels of staff and volunteers. Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are also necessary. The ability to travel up to 15% and stay overnight in South Dakota is required.
