Job Overview:
The Program Consultant Healthcare Quality – Post Acute Stroke position is a critical role within the American Heart Association, focusing on the implementation of quality improvement programs aimed at enhancing care for patients with cardiovascular disease, particularly in South Dakota. This position is home-based, allowing for flexibility while supporting the National Center office in Dallas, TX. Proficiency in project management, including budget and timeline management, is essential, as well as strong communication skills to effectively engage with clinical audiences and stakeholders.
