Job Overview: The Senior Product Manager, Fundraising will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the American Heart Association's fundraising products, particularly focusing on the American School Engagement program, which includes initiatives like Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge. This position requires a strategic leader who will define the product vision and strategy for digital platform capabilities associated with these programs. The role involves developing and maintaining a product roadmap that spans 12 to 36 months, collaborating with delivery teams, stakeholders, and leadership to guide strategic decisions and prioritize investments. Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership for Product Strategy and Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with fundraising program objectives. Set goals, define success metrics, and motivate teams across business, technology, and vendor domains. Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
