Job Overview:
The Sr. Product Manager, Fundraising will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the American Heart Association's fundraising products, particularly focusing on the American School Engagement program, which includes initiatives like Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge. This position requires a strategic leader who will define the product vision and strategy for digital platform capabilities associated with these programs. The role involves developing and maintaining a product roadmap that spans 12 to 36 months, collaborating with various teams to innovate and launch digital experiences that align with the organization's goals. The Sr. Product Manager will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring successful launches and user adoption while driving enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain the product vision and strategy that aligns with fundraising program objectives.

Required Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Product Board, and Figma.
- Understanding of current digital engagement trends and ability to integrate them into product vision.
Educational Background:
