Job Overview: The Senior Product Manager, Fundraising, plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the American Heart Association's fundraising products, particularly focusing on the American School Engagement program, which includes initiatives like Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge. This position requires a strategic leader who will define the product vision and strategy for digital platform capabilities associated with these programs. The role involves developing and maintaining a product roadmap that spans 12 to 36 months, collaborating with various stakeholders, and guiding key strategic decisions. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring successful launches and user adoption while driving ongoing enhancements. Duties and Responsibilities: The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for several key areas:
Strategic Leadership for Product Strategy and Vision: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with fundraising program objectives. Set goals and motivate teams across business, technology, and vendor sectors. Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in product management is required, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
