Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consulting with hospital teams to identify compliance issues and facilitate program participation.

• Collaborating with state health departments and regional authorities to enhance cardiovascular care systems.
• Documenting activities in customer relationship management tools and reporting on account interactions.
• Communicating regularly with the Director of Health Care Quality to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the programs being implemented.

Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the Program Consultant position include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of two to five years of proven experience in healthcare quality or process improvement projects, particularly in acute care settings.
• Familiarity with cardiovascular disease and stroke care systems, including knowledge of EMS and payer systems.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for local and overnight stays.

Educational Background:
