Consulting with hospital teams to identify compliance issues and facilitate program participation.

Collaborating with state health departments and regional authorities to enhance cardiovascular care systems.
Documenting activities in customer relationship management tools and reporting on account interactions.
Communicating regularly with the Director of Health Care Quality to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Working with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the programs being implemented.
Required Qualifications: The required qualifications for the Program Consultant position include:
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of two to five years of proven experience in healthcare quality or process improvement projects, particularly in acute care settings.
Familiarity with cardiovascular disease and stroke care systems, including knowledge of EMS and payer systems.
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for local and overnight stays.
