Based in Quezon City
The position holder leads the testing and implementation of various methods to acquire individual donors - both for one-off and regular donations to support Save the Children Philippines' programs.
The IGC is responsible for developing and implementing donor development strategies to gain supporters for SCP, deliver revenue and donor satisfaction goals.
The IGC will deliver on revenue goals through engagement with external and internal partners, stakeholders and volunteers. S/He will lead the implementation of donor development and acquisition strategies, in a myriad of methods and tools, like but not limited to telefundraising, digital, email and SMS marketing.
S/He is expected to work closely with the Business Development Unit (BDU) and Advocacy, Campaigns, Communications & Media (ACCM). S/he is responsible for daily duties such but not limited to as planning, reporting, budgeting, and service provider management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required
At least 5 years' experience in fundraising and/or marketing
Proven track record in networking/ account and/or campaign coordination in competitive environments; experience in campaigning, convicing, negotiating with with successful results will be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to negotiate challenging situations to achieve goals & deadlines
Goal oriented with the ability to solve problems & take initiative
Proven track record in account management and development
Excellent communication & writing skills both in English and Filipino
Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office package
Ability to drive projects through to completion and prioritise tasks
Demonstrates strong commitment to Save the Children's mission, vision and values. Previous experience with child rights programming will be an advantage.

Strong cross-functional teamwork is required across multiple sections of the organization including programs, web, communications, and branding, among others.
