Responsibilities The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource Associate - Internship in our National Center office located in Dallas, TX . Essential Job Duties:
  • Document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities and processes
  • Create/configure RPA jobs within the bot
  • Test all RPA Bots
  • Support ongoing jobs run via the RPA
  • Regression Testing
  • Document all processes and support for future use by HR

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Currently enrolled in a college/University
  • Knowledge in HCM and Machine learning algorithms
  • Knowledge of standard Human Resources practices, office procedures, and recordkeeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/staff in a professional manner
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
