Responsibilities The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource Associate - Internship in our National Center office located in Dallas, TX . Essential Job Duties:

Document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities and processes
Create/configure RPA jobs within the bot
Test all RPA Bots
Support ongoing jobs run via the RPA
Regression Testing
Document all processes and support for future use by HR

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Currently enrolled in a college/University
Knowledge in HCM and Machine learning algorithms
Knowledge of standard Human Resources practices, office procedures, and recordkeeping
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/staff in a professional manner
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
