Responsibilities
The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Human Resource Associate - Internship in our National Center office located in Dallas, TX .
Essential Job Duties:
- Document Robotic Process Automation (RPA) opportunities and processes
- Create/configure RPA jobs within the bot
- Test all RPA Bots
- Support ongoing jobs run via the RPA
- Regression Testing
- Document all processes and support for future use by HR
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Currently enrolled in a college/University
- Knowledge in HCM and Machine learning algorithms
- Knowledge of standard Human Resources practices, office procedures, and recordkeeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization/staff in a professional manner
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook)
