Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Program Officer position must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. Additionally, a minimum of four years of experience in developing and implementing training, technical assistance, or education programs is required. Candidates should have a proven track record of creating innovative virtual multimedia training, including webinars and online courses. Familiarity with project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) processes, including data collection and reporting, is essential. Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to build capacity among staff at various levels. The educational background required for this position includes a Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design, education, or a relevant field. A graduate degree in a related area is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience in instructional design or related fields may also be considered in lieu of formal education.
