Job Overview: The Website Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Save the Children website, ensuring that it serves as an effective platform for communication and engagement. Reporting to the Manager of Web and Digital Optimization, the coordinator is responsible for the daily management of website content, ensuring that it is accurate, accessible, and engaging. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties of the Website Coordinator include maintaining and updating website content using a Content Management System (CMS), creating and publishing web pages and multimedia content, and ensuring that all content aligns with brand standards. The coordinator will conduct regular audits to identify outdated or broken content and will monitor website performance using analytics tools. Responsibilities also include supporting conversion rate optimization initiatives through A/B testing, implementing SEO best practices, and recommending improvements to enhance usability and engagement. The coordinator must ensure that the website meets accessibility standards and best practices, contributing to an exceptional user experience.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Website Coordinator position should possess a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Development, or a related field.
