Job Overview:
As the IT Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the digital platforms that support one of the world's leading humanitarian organizations. This role is pivotal in enabling fundraising efforts that support life-saving programs for displaced communities globally. You will work in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of technology delivery and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that the IRC's digital supporter experience remains top-notch. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple concurrent MarTech initiatives, developing project plans, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also serve as a Scrum Master, guiding teams in Agile methodologies and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience in IT project or program management, particularly in e-commerce systems, donation platforms, or website CMS. A proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget is essential. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies is required, along with proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to synthesize data for decision-making. High levels of organization and initiative are crucial, as is the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required for this position. Additional certifications in project management or Agile methodologies, such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe, are highly desirable and can enhance a candidate's qualifications.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess 3-6 years of relevant experience in IT project or program management, with a focus on managing multiple concurrent projects. The compensation for this role ranges from $88,277 to $103,222 per year for U.S.-based candidates, with exact offers calibrated based on work location and individual experience. - Keep stakeholders informed with clear status reports on scope, milestones, risks, and budget, while managing expectations and building trust across teams.
- Oversee budget tracking and vendor invoicing, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Lead business analysis activities to define functional and technical requirements and coordinate testing.
- Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans to proactively manage project risks.
- Partner with Product Managers to shape the roadmap for the MarTech portfolio, aligning business priorities with technical realities.
