Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a good understanding of fundraising and resource mobilization strategies. They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with nonprofit organizations and experience in fundraising or partnership development would be advantageous. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to the mission of empowering women and youth and promoting sustainable development.
Educational Background:
A background in social sciences, development studies, nonprofit management, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with relevant certifications in fundraising or resource mobilization will be considered favorably. A strong academic record and relevant coursework related to community development, social entrepreneurship, or public policy will enhance a candidate's application.
Experience:
While prior experience in fundraising or resource mobilization is beneficial, it is not strictly required. However, candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to the nonprofit sector's dynamics. Languages:
