Job Overview: The Administrative Assistant / Front Desk position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing professional reception and administrative support. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant / Front Desk include managing the front desk and providing a welcoming first point of contact for staff and visitors, receiving and directing inquiries, maintaining an accurate visitor log, and ensuring the reception area is clean and organized. The assistant will also handle incoming and outgoing packages, maintain administrative files and records, support logistics for meetings and workshops, assist with office supplies and inventory management, and coordinate with vendors and service providers. Additionally, the role involves gathering information for audits and compliance, promoting a professional image of the organization, and performing other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to provide professional reception and administrative support, possess strong organizational skills, and have good verbal and written communication skills in English. They should be able to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively with staff at different levels.
