Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, animation, or e-learning content development. Experience working with international organizations or in the field of human rights is a plus.
Languages:
Mandatory: Arabic (fluent in both written and spoken). Good to have: English proficiency to understand and work with OHCHR materials and guidelines.

- Develop fifteen short animated slides or segments for each of the three courses based on approved OHCHR content.
- Produce three Arabic text-to-speech voiceovers using AI tools for each course's narration.
- Create nine simple graphic animations and visual elements to illustrate selected human rights concepts and key messages, with three animations per course.
- Collaborate with the Human Rights Officer to ensure that all content meets the required standards and effectively communicates the intended messages.
- Utilize AI tools for graphic animation to enhance the quality and engagement of the e-learning materials.
- Ensure that all developed content is culturally relevant and accessible to the target audience.
Required Qualifications:
