Educational Background:
A background in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in design software or visual communication can enhance a candidate's profile.

Experience:
While specific years of experience may not be mandated, candidates should demonstrate a portfolio of previous work that showcases their graphic design capabilities and experience in creating communication materials. Experience working in a volunteer capacity or with non-profit organizations, particularly in environmental or sustainability contexts, will be advantageous.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, as all communication materials will be developed in this language.
