The Program Assistant – M&E will play a crucial role in supporting the Vector Borne Disease (VBD) Technical Support Unit (TSU) for the National Centre for Vector Borne Diseases (NCVBDC) in Delhi. - Coordinating with states and partners for data collection and following up to ensure timely submission of data.
- Supporting the Monitoring and Evaluation Lead and TSU team in providing the necessary data for programmatic decision-making.
- Ensuring adherence to data quality standards, timelines, and task completion.
- Compiling reports and providing data support to the Division.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentation slides for relevant authorities.
- Conducting basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and creating visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Maintaining and organizing data sets according to program and project requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with data sharing and privacy norms of WJCF and NCVBDC. 1
- Automating repetitive data tasks to enhance efficiency. 1
- Providing technical support for data-related queries and training as needed.
Required Qualifications:
