- Adhering to NRC policies, guidance, and procedures.
- Contributing to the development of area-level CC concept notes and providing input on needs assessments.
- Providing regular progress reports to the Area Manager, Project Managers, and coordinator" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">MEAL Coordinator/Manager.
- Coordinating the establishment of program-level MEAL systems and participating in log frame design during project proposal processes.
- Supporting the development of data collection methodologies and tools, and assisting in actual data collection as needed.
- Building capacity and training program staff on MEAL technical and conceptual areas.
- Supporting the integration and promotion of PSEA and safeguarding practices across the area office.
- Standardizing MEAL across projects and participating in MEAL matrix design during project planning phases.
- Supporting outcome monitoring and research planning, as well as drafting outcome monitoring reports. 1
- Ensuring timely reporting of monitoring data to relevant program and managerial staff and entering data on GORS monthly. 1
- Reporting cluster/sector 4Ws for Shelter, WASH, ICLA, RRM, and Education teams. 1
- Handling and processing beneficiary contacts received through suggestion boxes and accurately entering and categorizing cases in the CFM database. 1
- Coordinating the operationalization of NRC Sudan's complaints and feedback mechanism (CFM) system and developing existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CFM. 1
- Conducting trainings and refresher sessions for CFM and program staff to ensure they have the necessary capacity and skills to manage complaints at the field level. 1
- Supporting the country office in promoting PSEA and safeguarding practices, ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adhere to safeguarding policies. 1
- Performing any other tasks relevant to the position as requested by the line manager and MEAL Coordinator.
Required Qualifications:
