Job Overview:

Interns will work under the supervision of the Head of the Unit, gaining hands-on experience in event management, visitor engagement, and administrative support. Duties and Responsibilities:
Interns will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are essential to the functioning of the Protocol, Events and Visits Unit. These include providing support at the information desk for visitors, assisting in organizing general information visits to the ICC, and welcoming groups with introductory presentations. For special events, interns will help with logistical arrangements such as booking conference rooms, coordinating IT services, catering, and transportation. They will also be responsible for maintaining records of visits and events, preparing ICC documentation, and assisting in the creation of content for information visits. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a degree or be in the final stages of their studies at a recognized university, demonstrating a strong academic record. Interns should be adaptable to multicultural environments, possess strong teamwork and communication skills, and have a good command of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
