The successful candidate will lead the SHIELD and Victim Connect teams, focusing on delivering high-quality, client-led, and trauma-informed support to individuals, families, and communities affected by violence and trauma. Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Team Leader include leading a dedicated team of practitioners, ensuring the delivery of specialist counselling and support services to individuals impacted by violence and trauma. The role involves maintaining strong sector partnerships and community networks to maximize support and advocacy for victims, supporting innovation and practice excellence, and promoting safety and accountability in programs that work with men. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Human Services, or a related discipline.
