Job Overview:
The position of Gestor/a de Redes Sociales y Comunicación Digital involves supporting the daily management of the organization's LinkedIn page and coordinating with regional member forums. The volunteer will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital presence and communication with key audiences. This role requires a proactive approach to managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and involves scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement metrics, and adapting shared content from member forums to ensure a cohesive digital strategy. The volunteer will be expected to engage with the community through comments and messages, ensuring timely responses and interactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, by scheduling and publishing content according to a monthly editorial calendar.
  • Monitor community interactions, including comments and messages, to foster engagement and maintain a responsive online presence.
  • Track performance metrics of posts, analyzing reach, engagement, and follower growth to inform future content strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional member forums to gather and adapt content shared via WhatsApp and other channels, ensuring that relevant updates are communicated effectively on the organization's LinkedIn page.
  • Stay updated on trends in social media and digital communication to enhance the organization's online presence.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and their role in organizational communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to monitor and report on performance metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders across different regions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Educational Background:
