Volunteers will share evidence-based immunization messages provided by WHO, participate in virtual orientation and learning sessions, and promote accurate health information on social media. The campaign aligns with WHO's regional immunization priorities through 2030, which include eliminating measles and rubella, reducing the number of zero-dose children, strengthening life-course immunization, and promoting equitable access to vaccines. Volunteers will be equipped with a communications toolkit to aid in their efforts and may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as Group Coordinators.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Online Volunteers will be responsible for sharing 1-2 posts per week on their personal social media platforms, utilizing various formats such as images, videos, and text-based content. They will participate in a mandatory virtual orientation session to understand WHO's immunization priorities and campaign objectives. Additionally, volunteers will attend two virtual learning sessions throughout the campaign, focusing on topics like immunization, vaccine confidence, and health communication. They will encourage constructive conversations on social media regarding immunization and track their engagement activities using monitoring forms provided by WHO and UNV. Volunteers will not provide independent medical advice but will share WHO-approved information and resources. Those interested in leadership roles may apply to become Group Coordinators, responsible for supporting their group, ensuring engagement metrics are tracked, and compiling a report at the campaign's conclusion.

A background in health communication, public health, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory. Volunteers must be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm for promoting immunization awareness. Familiarity with WHO's guidelines and the ability to engage respectfully in discussions about health topics is essential.

Experience:
Previous experience in social media management, community engagement, or public health advocacy is beneficial. Volunteers should be comfortable using various social media platforms and have a track record of engaging with online communities. Experience in volunteer roles or participation in health campaigns is a plus.

Languages:
