The coordinator will monitor site operations to ensure consistency and efficiency, assist with student recruitment and family engagement efforts, and support data management and reporting processes. Additionally, the coordinator will collaborate with various managers to implement quality standards and continuous improvement practices, maintain organized records, and ensure compliance with safety and supervision procedures during programming. The role also involves facilitating communication among stakeholders and representing the organization professionally within school communities.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Middle School Alliance Site Coordinator position should possess a Bachelor's degree in education, youth development, nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in youth development, education, afterschool programming, or community-based programming is required. Proficiency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is essential. Experience working with middle school youth and familiarity with attendance tracking and data management systems are strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively in both languages.

The compensation for this role ranges from $28.94 to $29.90 per hour, with variations based on factors such as the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget considerations.
