The duties and responsibilities of the Programme Business Support Assistant SC4 include but are not limited to: supporting the planning and execution of WFP humanitarian and resilience programmes; assisting in managing partnerships and collaborations with government and project participants; maintaining accurate programme records for food, assets, and project participants; conducting programme monitoring and oversight of cooperating partners; developing operational feedback and identifying implementation risks; contributing to the preparation of programme updates and situational reports; supporting emergency preparedness and response activities; acting as a communication focal point and drafting impact stories; ensuring timely documentation and resolution of community engagement issues; contributing to programme assessments and evaluations; and preparing field activity work plans and budgets while adhering to accountability standards.
Required Qualifications:
The required qualifications for the Programme Business Support Assistant SC4 position include a Diploma in Monitoring, Statistics, Project Management, Community Development, Development Studies, Business Management, or a related field.
