Job Overview:
The Team Leader for the Leaving Violence Program will play a crucial role in leading a team of Individual Support Specialists and Individual Support Workers to deliver trauma-informed and person-centered support to victim survivors of intimate partner violence. This full-time, permanent position is fully remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from anywhere in Australia. Languages:

Required Qualifications:
The position requires the following qualifications:

- Professional registration with one of the following governing bodies: ACA, PACFA, AASW, or AHPRA.
- Extensive demonstrated experience in a leadership role within health, community, social services, or other relevant sectors, ideally with a focus on family, domestic, and sexual violence.
- Proven experience in enhanced risk and needs assessment and safety planning.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a high-performing team to achieve program and client outcomes.
