Specific duties include: - Providing support in managing administrative tasks related to office activities. - Contributing to personnel file management, including filing, digital archiving in Google Drive, and updating databases. - Assisting in the preparation of contracts, administrative letters, and certificates. - Supporting the tracking of leave, absences, and monthly attendance of staff through reconciliation tables. - Aiding in the recruitment process and registering consultants in the Consultant Monitoring Tool. - Preparing payment certificates for consultants and interns to be forwarded to the finance unit. - Participating in staff well-being initiatives, team cohesion activities, and professional learning opportunities. - Offering support in other areas as needed to ensure a comprehensive learning experience for the interns.
Required Qualifications:
