Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties include implementing delegated tasks according to the work and development plan, preparing and drafting progress reports as requested by the Risk and Compliance Coordinator, and promoting ideas for improving the risk and compliance management system. The intern will also conduct unannounced checks based on a predefined work plan, support the finance department with document archiving, review and transmit documents for external audit coordination, assist the Risk and Compliance Manager during training sessions, and perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of a BAC+2 diploma in audit, control, management, economics, or a related field. A good understanding of English is preferred, and proficiency in computer tools is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters. Additionally, candidates should exhibit patience, adaptability to different sociocultural contexts, organizational skills, and effective communication and diplomacy skills.
