Job Overview:
The Analyst position at WJCF focuses on supporting the design and implementation of a presbyopia program across eight districts in Chhattisgarh. The role involves providing analytical and technical support to ensure effective program implementation. The Analyst will develop data collection and monitoring tools, assist in creating eye screening protocols, and help manage the supply chain for near-vision glasses. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Analyst will be responsible for developing operational plans, supervising field teams, and managing day-to-day program implementation. Key duties include leading the development and rollout of data reporting and monitoring tools, analyzing datasets to inform program reviews, and supporting the creation of training materials for healthcare workers. The Analyst will also design referral mechanisms from NCD clinics to presbyopia screening services, assist in inventory management and stock monitoring, and prepare documentation materials for stakeholders. Additionally, the Analyst may need to travel to project districts and national destinations as required and perform other responsibilities assigned by program leadership.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in economics, public health, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as visualization and survey tools, are essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work independently on complex projects, and exceptional diplomatic and interpersonal skills to build professional relationships in a multicultural environment.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, public health, or business is required for this position. This educational background provides the necessary foundation for understanding the complexities of public health programs and data analysis.

Experience:
The position requires at least two years of professional experience in a relevant field. Candidates should have a proven track record of working on complex projects, demonstrating the ability to analyze data and contribute to programmatic decision-making in a high-pressure environment.

Languages:
Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and verbal, is mandatory for this position. A working knowledge of Chhattisgarhi is preferred, as it will facilitate communication with local communities and stakeholders.

Additional Notes:
This position is full-time and based in Raipur, India. The Analyst will be expected to travel frequently to project districts across Chhattisgarh and may need to travel to national destinations as required. The deadline to apply for this position is 14th September 2026.
