The position of Online Volunteers for Post-Event Coordination and Documentation is designed to support the Youth Scientists Salon (Singularity Meeting) held under the 2026 Mountain Green Sustainable Development International Cooperation Forum. This role is crucial for ensuring that all documentation and records from the event are accurately consolidated and organized. Volunteers will be responsible for reviewing and organizing various materials generated during the event, including participant lists, session notes, and attendance records. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Online Volunteers include:
  • Reviewing, updating, and consolidating participant lists, role assignments, confirmation status, and attendance records.
  • Organizing event coordination checklists used during the roundtable dialogue and identifying follow-up items.
  • Assisting in the organization of completed sign-in records, moderator notes, name lists, and participant briefing documents.
  • Supporting the organization of agenda information, timing notes, session materials, and coordination notes generated before and during the activity.
  • Compiling and categorizing coordination issues identified during the activity and documenting resolutions or follow-up requirements.
  • Cross-checking participant, attendance, session, and coordination records to enhance the completeness and consistency of post-event documentation.
  • Preparing organized reference folders or document indexes for the organizing team for subsequent reporting and follow-up activities.
  • Drafting a short event coordination summary post-activity, including participant attendance, main implementation notes, feedback points, outstanding follow-up items, and suggestions for future activities.

Required Qualifications:
