Job Overview:
The Senior Officer for Global Corporate Partnerships in Financial Services is tasked with developing and managing corporate partnerships, particularly within the Financial Services sector. The role involves securing a dedicated portfolio of corporate partners, with an annual revenue target exceeding $2 million USD. The ideal candidate will create tailored fundraising strategies and activations, focusing on sustainable revenue generation while aligning with the IRC's mission and values of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This position requires a nuanced understanding of private sector fundraising and the ability to engage effectively with corporate partners to foster long-term relationships that contribute to the IRC's broader goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Officer will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Financial Services to manage a portfolio of partners, contributing to the Global Corporate Partnerships (GCP) yearly goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategies for sector partnerships, utilizing various partnership models such as strategic alliances and employee engagement initiatives.
• Creating and executing stewardship, engagement, and growth strategies for partners, including account plans and proposal submissions.
• Developing materials for partners, including partnership overviews, activation ideas, concept notes, proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Working with External Relations teams to leverage finance-related events and campaigns to enhance fundraising efforts.
• Maintaining and updating account management plans for each partner, evaluating performance indicators, and ensuring revenue growth and donor satisfaction.
• Facilitating communication between prospects, donors, program staff, and fellow fundraisers.
• Undertaking special assignments as required to support the organization's objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to adapt to challenges and manage high-visibility donor interactions. Essential qualifications include:

• Proven capacity to execute senior-level donor meetings and develop creative solutions with minimal oversight.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to implement detailed plans in a timely manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing or soliciting partnerships valued at six figures or more annually, with a strong interest in the financial services sector and community engagement.

Educational Background:
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of corporate partnerships and fundraising strategies, particularly within the financial services sector.

Experience:
Candidates should have considerable experience in partnership development or front-line corporate fundraising, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience in identifying innovative engagement strategies with companies and their communities is highly desirable. The ability to manage multiple projects and work with global cross-functional teams is also important.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages considered an asset, particularly those relevant to the IRC's operational regions.

This position offers a competitive salary range of £52,210-£61,999 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is based in London and requires candidates to have the right to work in the UK.
