Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field is required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory. Additional training or certifications in media relations or communications would be beneficial.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in media relations, communications, or a similar role is required. Experience working in the humanitarian sector or with NGOs is highly desirable, as it provides valuable context for the role.
Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and proficiency in English is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus, as it can enhance communication with diverse audiences.
Additional Notes:
This is a temporary position (interina) with a specific contract duration. The role is full-time, and candidates may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate media events and deadlines.
