The position of Coordinateur RH Adjoint involves supporting the Human Resources Coordinator by taking on delegated tasks and responsibilities as per the instructions and protocols of MSF. A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in HR practices or management are a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources management or a related field is required. Experience working in a humanitarian or non-profit organization is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insights into the unique challenges faced in such environments.
Languages:
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and proficiency in English is highly desirable. Knowledge of French is an advantage, given the international nature of MSF's operations.
Additional Notes:
This position is full-time and may require flexibility in working hours. The role is based in Syria, and candidates should be prepared for potential travel within the region as needed. - Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring they receive the necessary training and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and support staff development initiatives.
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR activities.
- Replace the HR Coordinator during their absence, taking full responsibility for HR operations.

Required Qualifications:
