Job Overview:

The Deputy Finance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that financial information is accurate, transparent, and timely, which is essential for the effective allocation of resources across various projects. Educational Background:
A degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required. Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly desirable. Additional training in humanitarian finance or project management is a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a humanitarian or non-profit organization. Experience in a field position in a developing country is an advantage. Familiarity with MSF's operational context and financial management practices is beneficial.
Languages:
Fluency in English and French is mandatory. Knowledge of local languages spoken in the mission area is an asset and can enhance communication with local staff and stakeholders.

This position may require travel to various project sites within the mission. - Ensure that internal controls are in place and functioning effectively to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

- Liaise with external partners and stakeholders regarding financial matters as needed.
- Participate in audits and ensure that all financial documentation is prepared and available for review. 1

Required Qualifications:
