Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst for Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of WJCF's T1D program in Rajasthan. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the public health system and the barriers faced by individuals with T1D. The analyst will be responsible for data-driven decision-making, generating insights, and developing high-quality program materials. The role is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to make a significant impact on public health outcomes, particularly for people living with T1D. The analyst will engage with various stakeholders and contribute to the overall goal of improving access to quality T1D care in India, ensuring that individuals can lead healthier and more productive lives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst will lead the implementation of processes for data collection, management, and review to monitor program progress. Key responsibilities include analyzing program data to identify service delivery gaps, conducting primary and secondary research to inform design" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">program design, synthesizing insights into reports and presentations, and supporting the State Lead in coordinating program activities. The analyst will also collaborate with government stakeholders, undertake data validation visits, and build trust-based relationships with relevant agencies. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support program leadership.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience. A postgraduate qualification in fields such as public health, administration, economics, or management is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi. An entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to work independently, and experience working with government stakeholders are also essential qualifications for this role.

Educational Background:
The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field. Candidates with a postgraduate qualification in public health, administration, economics, social work, sociology, management, population studies, or business will be given preference. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of public health systems and effectively contributing to the T1D program.

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required for this position. Candidates with experience in public health, program implementation, or working with government stakeholders will be particularly well-suited for this role. Familiarity with the Indian public health system is a plus, as it will enhance the analyst's ability to navigate the challenges and opportunities within the sector.

Languages:
Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory for this position. Excellent communication skills in both languages are essential for effective stakeholder engagement and dissemination of program materials. Knowledge of additional languages may be considered an asset but is not required.
