Job Overview: The Project Manager (Infrastructure) will be responsible for leading and managing infrastructure projects that aim to transform communities and promote sustainable development. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they meet the established goals and objectives. Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and partner organizations, to ensure effective project execution.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in infrastructure development.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, project management, or a related field is required. A master's degree or additional certifications in project management or infrastructure development is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects. Experience working in international development or with non-governmental organizations is highly desirable.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in French is highly desirable, given the regional context. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Additional Notes: This position is classified at the mid-level (ICS 10) and is offered on a regular ICA contract basis. The contract duration is ongoing, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
