Job Overview: The position of ADB Country Coordination, Stakeholder Engagement, Data Collection and Documentation involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration in development projects. The role requires the individual to engage with government agencies, civil society organizations, and other relevant parties to gather data and document the progress of projects. The successful candidate will be expected to facilitate stakeholder meetings, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports that reflect the outcomes of the projects. This position is crucial for ensuring that ADB's initiatives are aligned with the needs of the communities they serve and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather relevant data and information for project documentation.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement meetings and workshops to discuss project objectives and gather feedback.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in social sciences, development studies, project management, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred and may be an advantage in the selection process.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, or data collection and analysis is required. Experience working with international organizations or in development projects is highly desirable.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in local languages spoken in East Timor is an advantage and will enhance communication with local stakeholders.
Additional Notes: This position is a full-time role, and the contract duration will be determined based on project needs. The organization is open to recruiting both nationally and internationally, and competitive compensation and benefits will be provided.
